Order in Council 368/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Carol Anne McDermott was reappointed as a part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective September 12, 2018, and ending June 26, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1050/2018;

And

whereas Carol Anne McDermott tendered her resignation effective December 31, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1050/2018 be revoked effective December 31, 2019.
