Statute: Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, dated November 28, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 22 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Malcolm Fraser of Chester, Lunenburg County as a member of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, recommended by the Board of Governors for a three year term commencing on January 30, 2020; and (

b) appoint Grant Machum of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, and Austin Janega of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as members of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, recommended by the Board of Governors, each for a three year term commencing on January 30, 2020.
