On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 ,
Dan Koenig of Pickering
be reappointed as the chief executive officer of the Education Quality and Accountability Office to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years, effective the later of September 1, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
