OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 9, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at Greek Island, Blue Rocks, Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia, being identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as PIDs 60678315, 60678307 and 60171477 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from the Blue Rocks Island Harbour Society, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $1.00 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that the Blue Rocks Island Harbour Society, its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
