Statute: Internal Trade Agreement Implementation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development and Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated February 27, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 3, 7(1) and 12 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1995-1996, the Internal Trade Agreement Implementation Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the Ombudsman as screener for the purpose of the Internal Trade Agreement Implementation Act and the Agreement on Internal Trade in relation to the complaint of Farmers Dairy; and (

b) authorize the Minister(

s) to execute such agreements and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order, including the giving of notice as provided under

Article 1713 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
