OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 7, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 23 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, and

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (a)\x09amend Order in Council 2004-498 dated December 16, 2004, by: \x09(i)\x09striking out "$300,000" in clause (

b) and substituting "$900,000"; \x09(ii)\x09striking out "$300,000" in clause (

c) and substituting "$900,000"; \x09(iii)\x09striking out "three" in clause (

c) and substituting "six"; and (b)\x09authorize the Minister to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
