On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the

advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Provincial Capital Commission Dissolution Act is brought in force,

(

b) the Belleville Wharves Designation Regulation, as set out in the attached Appendix 1, is made, and

(

c) the Provincial Land Definition Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 219/96, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.
