Order in Council 400/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Ontario Regulation 304/04, made under the Development Corporations Act

Kari-Anne Cornwall (formerly ‘Last’) of Barrie, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of the Walkerton Clean Water Centre at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective as of March 21, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.

[ Ms. Cornwall’s most recent appointment by Order in Council 501/2018 expires March 20, 2021]
