Order in Council 1266/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 28(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992, Mark Green of Leeds and The Thousand Islands is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term of five years, effective on the later of September 1, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
