OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated October 7, 2024, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of
Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act , and
Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations , N.S. Reg. 205/2018, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2018-304 dated November 29, 2018, is pleased, effective on and after October 24, 2024, to approve the loan to East Coast Wild Blueberry Limited as outlined in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to minor amendments to the terms of the loan as approved by the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board as to not materially change the risk of the loan.
