On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 2 and 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 ,

Garth Blair Cowper-Smith, of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as a director of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”) (and as such becomes a member of the Authority) for a period of three years effective February 28, 2020.
