Order in Council 1370/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act , Michelle Flaherty of Chelsea be reappointed a part-time member of the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (French) for a term of one year, effective January 1, 2019.
