On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Executive Council Act, Order in Council OC -1444/2024, dated November 7, 2024, as amended by Order in Council 1/2025, dated January 7, 2025 is further amended by deleting the following:
