OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 22, 2009, and pursuant to subsection 7(4) of
Chapter 29 of the Acts of 2007, the Dental Hygienists Act, is pleased to approve of new regulations made by the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Dental Hygienists Association respecting dental hygienists in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after May 15, 2009.
