Order in Council 1605/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3 (2) of the Niagara Parks Act ,

Jim Diodati of Niagara Falls

be reappointed as a member of The Niagara Parks Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 1 year, effective the later of December 1, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made.
