Order in Council 885/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Anna Mascieri-Boudria was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective April 8, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 421/2021;

And

whereas Anna Mascieri-Boudria tendered her resignation effective May 2, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 421/2021 be revoked effective May 2, 2021.
