Order in Council 1403/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 949/2019, dated June 20, 2019, Jeffrey D. Hall was appointed as a member of the Municipality of Brockton Police Services Board for a term of three years effective June 20, 2019;

And

whereas Jeffrey D. Hall has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 949/2019, dated June 20, 2019, appointing Jeffrey D. Hall as a member of the Municipality of Brockton Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
