OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated December 8, 2010, and pursuant to subsection 35(3) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pay to Ms. Gloria Marie Sack as the Administrator of the Estate of Christopher Nicholas Moore the sum of One Thousand Sixty-Seven Dollars and Forty Seven Cents ($1,067.47), held by the Minister of Finance pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act, being the funds held by the Minister of Finance in respect of the Estate of the late Christopher Nicolas Moore, together with interest at the rate of Prime less 3.5% from December 30, 2009 to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest.
