OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated March 6, 2014, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act , is pleased to, effective April 1, 2014: (
a) re-appoint Sandra MacPherson Duncan of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of three years; (
b) appoint Michael E. Deturbide of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of three years; (
c) determine the remuneration for Sandra MacPherson Duncan and Michael E. Deturbide to be $200 per one-half day, plus expenses.
