Under the authority of

section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

are as set out in the Schedule.

Schedule

Beginning at a point on the northerly

shore

Halls

Bay at highwater mark where the western bank of Critches Brook joins the shore;

Then running along the western bank of Critches Brook in a general northerly direction for a distance of 1,600 metres;

Then turning and running on a true bearing of south 81 30' west for a distance of 7,650 metres to a point where the western bank of Davis Brook joins the southern bank of Kitchener Brook;

Then on a true bearing of south 50 west 1,600 metres to a point on the northern bank of Indian River 800 metres westerly of Indian Falls;

Then running along the northern bank of

Indian River

in a general southeasterly direction and along the shoreline of

Halls

Bay

to Snows Point;

Then continuing along the shoreline of

Springdale

and

Halls

Bay

in a general northeasterly direction to the point of beginning.
