An Act to Amend
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, and
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Public Highways Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 1, 4 and 6 to 10 of
Chapter 44 of the Acts of 2001,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, and
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Public Highways Act, come into force on and not before April 1, 2002.
