Order in Council 1095/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

By Order in Council O.C. 1747/2016, Sophie Dennis of Hamilton was nominated for reappointment to the Council of Governors of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety as the governor who is the representative of the Government of Ontario. Ms. Dennis retired effective June 7, 2019.

Therefore, pursuant to

section 4 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, Order in Council O.C. 1747/2016 is revoked effective June 7, 2019.
