OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act dated January 21, 2013, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) re-appoint Wayne Mason of Halifax Regional Municipality (Waverley) as a member and Chair of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of three years, commencing March 14, 2013; and (
b) order that Wayne Mason be remunerated for his service in the amount of $18,200.00 annually, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling his duties as member and Chair.
