OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 27, 2000, pursuant to clause 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 95-568, dated July 25, 1995, approving the issuance of a lease of Crown land containing 5 acres, more or less, situate at Upper Lawrencetown, Halifax County, to the Cole Harbour Rugby Football Club, a body corporate with its head office at Dartmouth, Halifax County, for the purpose of developing, maintaining and operating a rugby sportsfield with associated buildings only and for no other purpose.
