Order in Council 753/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , as amended,

Bryan Burbidge of Cannington

be appointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not to exceed one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
