Order in Council 2377/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2365/96, dated December 11, 1996,

Dr. Hendrik H. Westenberg was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

and

whereas Dr. Hendrik H. Westenberg has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective October 11, 2017;

therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2365/96, dated December 11, 1996, appointing Dr. Hendrik H. Westenberg as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
