Section 257 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting credit unions, N.S. Reg. 45/95, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-304 dated April 11, 1995, to change the conditions under which credit unions can promote insurance in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after April 16, 2007.
