Order in Council 107/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993,

John M. Beck, of Toronto

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years effective January 19, 2017.
