Order in Council 866/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the Niagara Parks Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. N.3, as amended, Joan Andrew of Toronto, be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as vice-chair of The Niagara Parks Commission, effective from the later of the date this Order in Council is made or June 3, 2018, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding December 31, 2018.
