OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness, dated October 2, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2000, the Denturists Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of William (Billy) C. MacPherson of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Glace Bay) as a non-denturist member to the Denturist Licensing Board, made by Order in Council 2019-86 dated March 29, 2019, effective October 20, 2020.
