OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 19, 1999, pursuant to the Public Service Act, the Public Service Superannuation Act, the Civil Service Act, and all other authority in him vested, is pleased, effective August 17, 1999, to: (

a) appoint Alison Wynne Scott of Halifax Regional Municipality, as Secretary to the Executive Council; (

b) designate Alison Wynne Scott to be an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act; and (

c) fix and determine the salary of Alison Wynne Scott to be paid at such rate and on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Priorities and Planning Committee.
