OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated August 11, 2015, and pursuant to clauses 51(1)(fd) and (fe) of
Chapter 494 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Vital Statistics Act , is pleased to make regulations prescribing the professions whose members may provide a written statement required for an application to change the sex shown on a person’s birth registration, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 22, 2015.
