Statute: Provincial Finance Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated November 4, 2008, and pursuant to clause 2(

n) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) designate as a special fund within the meaning of the Provincial Finance Act, a fund to be called the Waycobah School Assistance Fund; (

b) authorize the Minister to pay into the fund an amount of $420,000; and (

c) authorize disbursements by the Chief Executive Officer of the Office of Aboriginal Affairs in accordance with an agreement entered into by the Province and Waycobah First Nation.
