Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Immigration to enter into an agreement with Citizenship and Immigration Canada regarding Off-Campus Work for International Students substantially in the form attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation as
