OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated October 4, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Lawrence O'Neil of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court, for a further term of office commencing November 1, 2001 and ending October 31, 2005; (

b) reappoint Alan Stanwick of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court, for a further term of office commencing November 1, 2001 and ending October 31, 2005; (

c) determine the remuneration for Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court to be at the rate of One-Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per hour for each sitting of the court, One-Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for a stated case, and authorize payment of travel and accommodation expenses at the rates payable to public servants.
