Order in Council 1593/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 12 (4) and (12) of the Retirement Homes Act, 2010, S.O. 2010, c. 11,

Alexendar Hoi-Yuer Yuan of Richmond Hill

be reappointed as director of the board of directors of the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective February 25, 2025.
