Order in Council 1150/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act,

Andrew Halpenny, of Orleans, Ontario

be appointed as Deputy Mining and Lands Commissioner in the Office of the Mining and Lands Commissioner effective on the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered for a fixed term of three years from the effective date of this appointment.
