Section 105 of

Chapter 340 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Pension Benefits Act, is pleased to amend the Pension Benefits Regulations, N.S. Reg. 164/2002, made by Order in Council 2002-607 dated December 20, 2002, to provide for solvency funding relief for municipality pension plans, university pension plans, and specified multi-employer pension plans, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on or after September 14, 2010.
