Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gam ing Control Act, is pleased to amend the Casino Regulations, N.S. Reg. 40/95, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-259 dated April 4, 1995, to clarify the process and procedures for identifying and addressing individuals exhibiting behaviours indicating problems with gambling, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 21, 2011.
