b) and (3)]. Order in Council 387/2016, approved and ordered June 9, 2016.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the attached Property

Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 29 is made.

PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX EXEMPTION REGULATION NO. 29

Exemption

1 The transfer to 1007716 B.C. Ltd., Inc. No. BC1007716, of the property described

below on November 27, 2015 is exempt from tax payable under the Property Transfer Tax Act :

Lot A, Block 18, Douglas District, Plan EPP51277,

P.I.D. 029-663-024.

Retroactive effect

2 This regulation is retroactive to November 27, 2015, with effect on and after that

date.
