Order in Council 911/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1172/2019, dated August 16, 2019, Derek Jordan Friesen was reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Leamington Police Services Board for a term of three years effective August 16, 2019;

And

whereas pursuant to Resolution C-150-21 made by the Council of the Municipality of Leamington on May 11, 2021, as confirmed pursuant to Municipality of Leamington By-law 38-21, the Municipality of Leamington Police Services Board is dissolved effective June 10, 2021.

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1172/2019, dated August 16, 2019, reappointing Derek Jordan Friesen as a member of the Municipality of Leamington Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the later of June 10, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made.
