Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting credit unions, N.S. Reg. 45/95, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-304 dated April 11, 1995, to complement amendments made to the Act by

Chapter 11 of the Acts of 2004,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after May 4, 2005.
