CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Hospital Standards Act (Assented to October 30, 1987) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Hospital Standards Amendment Act, 1987 . R.S.S. 1978, c.H-10 The Hospital Standards Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 3(4) is amended by striking out “from the Saskatchewan Hospitalization Fund” . Sect ion repealed
