An Act to Amend the Environmental Trust Fund Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 The Environmental Trust Fund Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2011, is amended by adding after

section the following: 3.1 A minimum of one-third of the payments made out of the Environmental Trust Fund in each fiscal year for the purposes of

chapitre des Lois révisées de 2011, est modi- fiée par l’adjonction après l’article de ce qui suit : 3.1 Dans chaque année financière, au moins un tiers des paiements imputés au Fonds en fiducie pour l’environne- ment en application de l’article est affecté aux écoles du système d’enseignement publique de la province pour des projets de sensibilisation à l’environnement. 2 La présente loi entre en vigueur à la date fixée par proclamation.
