OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 6, 2015, and pursuant to subsections 22(1), (2) and (3) of
Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1990, the Mineral Resources Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources issuing a special licence for all minerals saving and excepting coal, salt, potash, and uranium to Merrex Gold Inc., an extraprovincial corporation with its registered office at Bedford, in the Province of Nova Scotia, substantially in the form as set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, and executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
