OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 12, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 8 of
Chapter 29 of the Acts of 2007, the Dental Hygienists Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Lee-Ann Conrod of Halifax Regional Municipality as a member of the Council of the College of Dental Hygienists of Nova Scotia representing the public made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2025-29 dated February 6, 2025, effective March 25, 2025.
