OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and the Minister of Advanced Education, dated October 25, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Advanced Education entering into a net debt obligation to complete planning and design for student residences at Kingstec, Lunenburg, Cumberland and IT (Halifax) Campuses of the Nova Scotia Community College.
