OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated June 8, 2000 pursuant to

Section 61 of

Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Hospitals Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 97-490 dated July 30, 1997, respecting the appointment of Elaine Gibson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member and Chair of the Review Board for all facilities under the Hospitals Act, by striking out "2000" in paragraph (

a) thereof and substituting therefor "2001".
