chapter of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2014, is amended L’article de la

a) by adding after subsection (1) the following:

a) par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragra- phe (1) : 8(1.1) The Minister may enter into an agreement with a participating provider and the agreement may provide for 8(1.1) Le ministre peut conclure une entente avec un dispensateur participant et cette entente peut : (

a) the amount to be paid by the Minister to the par- ticipating provider for an entitled service so provided;

a) fixer la somme que le ministre doit verser au dis- pensateur participant pour un service assuré dispensé; (

b) the amount of a dispensing fee that can be charged by the participating provider for providing professional services in the dispensing of entitled services, subject to any maximum dispensing negoti- ated pursuant to a regulation enacted pursuant to this Act;

b) fixer les honoraires que peut exiger le dispensa- teur participant en contrepartie des services profes- sionnels fournis lors de la dispensation de services assurés, jusqu’à concurrence de tout plafond négocié sous le régime d’un règlement pris en vertu de la pré- sente loi; (

c) the payment by the Minister for all or any part of the dispensing fee being charged by a participating provider for an entitled service, subject to any maxi- mum dispensing negotiated pursuant to a regulation enacted pursuant to this Act;

c) prévoir la prise en charge par le ministre de tout ou

partie des honoraires demandés par le dispensateur participant d’un service assuré, jusqu’à concurrence de tout plafond négocié sous le régime d’un règlement pris en vertu de la présente loi; 1 (

d) the participating provider to provide such infor- mation to the Minister as the Minister may require for the purpose of the agreement;

d) imposer au dispensateur participant l’obligation de fournir au ministre tous les renseignements que celui-ci estime nécessaires pour les besoins de l’en- tente; (

e) any other matter agreed upon between the par- ties to the agreement; and

e) régler toute autre question dont sont convenues les parties à l’entente; (

f) the amount to be paid by the Minister for profes- sional services provided by pharmacies that are be- yond those related to the dispensing fee.

section with re- spect to fees for services rendered by pharmacists in re- lation to this Act or its regulation. 8(3) L’Association des pharmaciens du Nouveau- Brunswick est l’agent de négociation officiel des phar- maciens dans toutes les discussions découlant de l’application de l’article concernant les honoraires pour les services fournis par les pharmaciens relative- ment à la présente loi ou à son règlement d’application.
