OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 27, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the granting of easements for the purpose of installing, maintaining and using one (1) gas pipeline only, and for no other purpose, to Sable Offshore Energy Inc., an extra-provincial corporation incorporated pursuant to the

Canada Business Corporations Act, with an office in Halifax, Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns, with respect to Crown lands situate: (

i) below the ordinary high water mark of Isaacs Harbour and Country Harbour from Goldboro, Guysborough County, to the "Inner Limits Of The Offshore", along the route shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, for the consideration of $400 per acre; and (ii) at Goldboro, Guysborough County, along the route shown outlined in green on

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, for the consideration as set out in the letter agreement dated May 4, 1999, between the Province of Nova Scotia and Maritimes and Northeast Pipeline Limited Partnership; (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
